Frequently Asked Question!
We usually ship your order within a week. Shipping USPS you will generally receive your new Majestic Hair Flower within about 10 days. Although you will normally have your order in about a week.
Exceptions –
- We are traveling merchants. If we are on the road to a show, or actively working a very busy show shipping may be slowed a few days.
- We handcraft all of our products. If we do not have the variety you’d like in stock we will contact you for instructions. You may choose to have a refund, choose a different color, or wait a few days while we make your first choice.
If you need your order faster than standard shipping please give me a call or e-mail and we can make arrangements.
If you don’t need faster shipping but are ordering for a specific event, (like a birthday). Let me know and I will do my best to make it happen.
No, I’m sorry, we don’t. We do offer several beautiful colors and all of our stems and flowers are mix and match. Quite a selection.
Surgical stainless steel. The stems are made of stainless steel. The beads of varies materials.

We offer a life-time guarantee on all parts of the hair flower and stems. They are handmade by us, so this is our life-time.
If your Majestic Hair Flower ever bends of breaks we will replace it for free. Please supply the following information and mail it back to us. We will send you a new one for free. We need to know
- When and where your hair flower was purchased
- What or how it was broken
